The Site is an informational website about Pearl Logic’s services, with a way to book a call. The Site itself does not provide the paid services we offer.

Engagements are governed separately

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Pearl Logic. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of results, and these Terms do not create a client relationship.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to disrupt it, misuse it, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, logos, and brand are owned by Pearl Logic and protected by law. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our permission.

Third-party links and tools

The Site links to and embeds third-party tools such as Calendly. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Anything described on the Site is general information, not professional advice.
